Starting in January, we will be offering regular Qigong classes at Wuyi Athletic Gym.

Ba Duan Jin – The Eight Noble Exercises
Gentle movements for strength, flexibility and inner peace
Wu Qin Xi – The Five Animal Exercises
Flowing movements for breathing, balance and coordination
Yi Jin Jing – Classic exercises for strengthening tendons and muscles
Gentle strengthening for joints, posture and energy flow
Liu Zi Jue – The Six Healing Sounds
Calm breathing and organ exercises for the immune system and relaxation
For adults of all ages – women and men – without any pressure to perform
