Traditional Qigong in our School
In our school, we teach traditional Qigong, which brings body, mind, and energy (Qi) into harmony. Qigong is a millennia-old Chinese health and movement art that increases vitality, reduces stress, and promotes general well-being. Our philosophy: Qigong is not just physical movement, but an art of living that promotes inner peace, health, and mental clarity.

Our Qigong Philosophy and Lineage
We place great importance on:
- Tradition and Authenticity – all exercises are taught according to the principles of traditional masters
- Holistic Development – body, breath, and energy (Qi) are trained equally
- Respect and Mindfulness – students learn discipline, mutual support, and appreciation for the tradition
Classic Qigong Systems
- Ba Duan Jin (八段锦) - Ba Duan Jin, the Eight Brocades, comprises eight exercises to promote flexibility, strength, and inner energy. The movements strengthen the organs, improve circulation, and harmonize body and mind.
- Wu Qin Xi (五禽戏) - The Five Animal Frolics imitate the tiger, deer, bear, monkey, and crane. Each animal exercise supports specific body regions and organs, improves mobility, strength, and balance, and activates the Qi.
- Liu Zi Jue (六字诀) - Liu Zi Jue combines breathing techniques, sound formation, and gentle movements. The six sounds harmonize the internal organs, reduce stress, and deepen breathing.
- Yi Jin Jing (易筋经) - Yi Jin Jing strengthens muscles, tendons, and joints through dynamic movements. This form improves strength, flexibility, stability, and activates inner energy.
