Qi Gong weekend seminar Yi Jin Jing

Yi Jin Jing - translated "method for changing the fascia" - came the legend, before about 1,500 years ago by the monk Bodhidharma from India to China. This special form of health qigong focuses on loosening tendons and fasciae and gently strengthening the muscles. The simple and flowing movements of Yi Jin Jing are supported by deep abdominal breathing.
To this day, these exercises form the basis of training, especially for Shaolin monks, because they harmoniously promote cardiopulmonary function, prevent bad posture, stabilize the nervous system and improve the ability to concentrate in everyday life.
