The 6 healing sounds - Liu Zi Jue is a form of exercise in which breathing is practiced in combination with six different sounds.

The peculiarity of the six-sounds method is that specific sound articulations create certain relaxation-tension states and vibrations that affect the corresponding body areas and organs, but also the entire body. This can regulate the flow of Qixue (Qi and "blood") in the channels and disturbances and blockages can be positively influenced.

The ancient esoteric schools that existed thousands of years ago in Rome, Athens, India, China and Tibet impart a vast wealth of knowledge about the healing power of sound. The underlying theory is very often based on empirical values. From our own experience, we are sure to know a few examples where listening to beautiful music had a positive effect on the mood. In particular, it can be used to reduce stress, relieve pain and sleep better.

Sound healing means for a part of the physical, restore natural, healthy vibrations to your emotional, mental or spiritual body. Or as a prophylaxis to strengthen the correct resonance frequency for all parts.

In Chinese medicine, everything can be assigned to the 5 elements, the seasons and the cardinal points. Likewise the organs. The liver is assigned to spring, the heart is assigned to the beginning of summer, the spleen and stomach are assigned to late summer, the lungs are assigned to autumn and the kidneys are assigned to winter.

Certain organs vibrate with certain sounds. The air vibrations activate various meridian lines and release the blockage. This allows the energy and blood circulation to flow freely again. The assigned organs become more vital.
