The Bian Gan Training

The Training Includes:

  • Weapon handling (Change of Holding Position, Whirling Techniques, Weapon Control)
  • Bian Gan Stance and development of motor skills
  • Partner training (Combat Application and Self-Defense)

Of course, the method and concepts of the Bian Gan stick fight can also be applied to various everyday objects, such as umbrella, walking stick and handbag. Body coordination, acquiring motive skills with and without a weapon, basic fitness, self-defense and respect for weapons are just a few of the things Bian Gan training offers. And of course - in the first place - the fun of martial arts training! The training will be led by Chinese champion She Yinge and the head coach of Wuyi Athletic Gym Heidelberg Nico Steege. The entry into the training is possible at any time! Special physical requirements are not a criterion for the Bian Gan training. And also the starting age does not matter. Only the willingness to learn something new will sooner or later lead to personal goals.
